The LA Headshot Experience
Reserving Your Headshot Appointment
Please call or email the studio with your requested time and date. If we are available we will email you an agreement form. A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date. We strongly recommend Makeup and Hair styling! Indicate you are interested on the form and we will make sure there is an artist available for you for the time and date of your session.
Cancellations
If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days) of your session, or do not show up for the session at all when we are expecting you, we will charge you the full price of the package you have booked. Rescheduling is permitted if you notify us more than 72 hours in advance, and your original deposit will be honored towards the new session.
At the Studio
We shoot both in our fully air conditioned studio in the heart of Hollywood and have a variety of excellent nearby locations available for outdoor looks.When you arrive we will review the wardrobe you bring with you and select the best combination of pieces for the number of looks you have booked.If you’ve opted for makeup and hair, that begins immediately afterward and takes about 20 to 30 minutes in most cases.
Once that’s done, the fun and magic begin as your headshot photography session begins. We’ll shoot your first look and take time to get you comfortable and rolling.After the first look is done, we can go to the second look after a wardrobe change. If you’ve opted for a third look, that would come next. At the end of the session, everyone will high five each other, and at this point you can choose to pay via Cash, Check or Credit Card.
After the Shoot
Your images will be ready within 2 business days for previewing. You will receive a gallery link to view your headshots. Let us know which image from each look is your final pick, and it will be retouched and sent to you within 3 business days period. Enjoy your beautiful new headshots!
